Lolly & Kiks fully lined, padded hot water bottles are compliant to the British Standards Institution's BS 1970:2012 for Hot Water Bottles.
Their silky satin ribbons make it easy to replace the bottles in the future so that the cover can last for many years to come.
Cover: 38 x 22cm (14.5 x 8.5"). 100% cotton lining. 100% polyester padded interlining. 100% cotton wax print outer.
Bottle: 2 litre capacity hot water bottle. Made from natural rubber.
Care:
Machine washable fabric. Reshape whilst damp. Air dry.

Returns and exchanges
Contact us within 14 days of delivery, and send items back within 30 days of delivery to Returns at Lolly & Kiks, 3 Cornflower Court, Barnet, EN4 8FL, United Kingdom. We advise customers to send returns on a tracked service and ensure that your order number is included. The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective: custom orders, intimate items such as face masks (for health/hygiene reasons) and items on sale. Please note that Lolly & Kiks cannot refund postage and packaging charges.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use recorded delivery for your own protection. Lolly & Kiks cannot accept responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If items are not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations
With most items being made to order, Lolly & Kiks does not accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order before you receive your "shipped" notification email.
