SHOP POLICIES & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Processing time
The time it takes to prepare an order for shipping varies between 1-3 days or 3-5 business days. For specific details, please read individual product descriptions.
Shipping
Once your order is made, you will receive an email notification so that you know it is ready to be shipped and to expect your package within another:
UK: 1-2 business days
Europe: 3-8 business days
USA: 5-12 business days
Rest of the world: 5-12 business days
Please note that the above timings are Royal Mail provided estimates; delivery can take less or more time depending on seasonal or weather variations. Covid-19 is currently causing slight delays to some countries.

Non-UK: £10
Returns and exchanges
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and send items back to me within 30 days of delivery. The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective: bespoke or personalised orders, intimate items such as face masks (for health/hygiene reasons) and items on sale. Please note that Lolly & Kiks cannot refund any postage and packaging charges.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use recorded delivery for your own protection. Lolly & Kiks cannot accept responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If items are not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations
Because most items are made to order, Lolly & Kiks does not accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order before you receive your "shipped" notification email.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Lolly & Kiks is also not responsible if any unfortunate delays that may occur due to customs.
Gift Wrapping
All orders come wrapped in white tissue paper and a wax print ribbon. Gift wrapping is available to purchase at checkout, where your order will be wrapped in a beautiful, reusable, batik wax print fabric with a matching handmade note-card. Leave a gift message if you would like it to be handwritten on the card.
Bespoke & personalised orders
We do our best to meet your needs so please feel free to contact before ordering if you would like alterations or tweaks made to an item. For example, if you see a print that you love but would like it made into one of the other items from the website, or for example, you would like bag straps or handles made slightly longer or shorter. 
Privacy
Customer details are processed in accordance with local law and Lolly & Kiks will never sell them on to third parties.
Confidential information such as your address and credit card details will only be used to fulfil your order. Your card details are verified automatically online by Shopify Payments or Paypal. Their secure servers will always encrypt the information you provide, before being sent over the Internet, in order to eliminate any fraudulent activity.
