SHOP POLICIES & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Processing time

Most items are ready to ship within 2 weeks, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Occasionally, this may take slightly longer, depending on the number of orders we are currently processing, so please check the banner at the top of the website for most up-to-date processing times before placing your order.

 

Shipping

Once ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification to know to expect your package within another approximately:

UK: 1-2 working days
Europe: 3-8 working days
Worldwide: 6-12 working days

Kindly note these are UK Royal Mail estimates outside of peak seasons or unprecedented worldwide events.

 

Always first refer to your dispatch email and follow tracking details/instructions to attempt to locate your parcel if you experience any unfortunate delays outside of our control. Please note, we cannot resend orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10-28 working days depending on your location).

Returns and exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of delivery, and send items back within 30 days of delivery to Returns at Lolly & Kiks, 3 Cornflower Court, Barnet, EN4 8FL, United Kingdom. We advise customers to send returns on a tracked service and ensure that your order number is included. The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective: custom orders, intimate items such as face masks (for health/hygiene reasons) and items on sale. Please note that Lolly & Kiks cannot refund postage and packaging charges.

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use recorded delivery for your own protection. Lolly & Kiks cannot accept responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If items are not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Cancellations

With most items being made to order, Lolly & Kiks does not accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order before you receive your "shipped" notification email.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any international customs and import taxes that may apply. Lolly & Kiks is also not responsible for any country specific delays that may occur due to international customs.

 

Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available to purchase at checkout, where your order will be wrapped in a beautiful, reusable, wax print fabric along with Lolly & Kiks note slip. Include your personal message if you would like it handwritten on the slip. Please remember to include who the gift is from if being shipped directly to the recipient – you’ll be surprised how many thoughtful gift-givers forget! 😊

 

Bespoke & personalised orders

Privacy

Customer details are processed in accordance with local law and Lolly & Kiks will never sell them on to third parties. Confidential information such as your address and credit card details will only be used to fulfil your order. Your card details are verified automatically online by Shopify Payments or Paypal. Their secure servers will always encrypt the information you provide, before being sent over the Internet, in order to eliminate any fraudulent activity.
